PURCHASE POLICIES

 

Our products are handcrafted and unique. An elaborate handcrafted process is required for the elaboration of each handbag. We use plastic mesh fabric for the exterior of our bags and a poly-lining. The sewing process when making a handbag requires  to turn the handbag  from the inside out. In this manual process, slight alterations may arise in the mesh fabric that is natural. Some bags may have these slight alterations in the fabric. Our quality team inspects for these alterations to be minimal but they can not be eliminated completely due to the manufacturing process. This is not a manufacturing defect but the natural behavior of the mesh fabric when making the handbag. When buying a handbag bag you accept that the bag may have slight alterations in the mesh fabric due to the manual manufacturing process.

 

-The handbags that you buy  from stock are as shown in the photographs.

 

-The handbags that you create on the digital designer may have some small differences with the handbag delivered to you. One difference can be in the position of the decorative patterns , since each piece is unique. Example: The butterflies and decorative lines  are in a different position to those shown in the digital designer. The butterfly or decorative lines lines can be a little more to the right or left, higher or lower than what is shown in the digital designer.

 

-The other difference can be a very slight variation of the colors shown in the digital designer because it is impossible to replicate 100% the actual color in digital.

 

-When designing and buying a handbag you accept that there may be these slight variations.

1.- You can make the payment through PayPal, one of the safest payment platforms worldwide. By choosing this payment method you will be taken to the Paypal page where you can pay with your credit or debit card or your PayPal account. 

 

 SHIPMENTS

 SHIPMENTS ARE MADE WITH UPS.

 

1.- Handbags :

 Once we receive your order and payment, we generate a purchase order within the next 2 business days. Once the package is placed in the parcel service it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your order.

 

2.- For custom handbags.

 

If you designed a  handbag we make it especially for you. There is a period of fabric selection, cutting, and sewing. The bag will be ready for shipment 14 days after your order. Once the package is placed in the parcel service it takes 3 to 5 business days to get to your home.  You will receive a tracking number so you can track your order.

 

RETURNS

 Every handbag is checked by our quality department before shipment. If you receive a hand bag with a manufacturing defect, you can make a change within the first 15 calendar days of the purchase. The outer material we use is plastic mesh fabric. The sewing process when crafting the  handbag requires the bag  to be turned from the inside out. In this process, slight alterations may arise in the mesh fabric that is natural. Our quality team inspects for these alterations to be minimal but they can not be eliminated at all. This is not a reason for return, it is not a manufacturing defect but the natural behavior of the plastic mesh when the bag is folded inside out

 

The steps are the following:

 

1.-Write us to info@milagrossantos.com indicating your order number and send photos from different angles where the manufacturing defect is shown.

 

2.- In case the product meets the exchange conditions, you will be notified electronically and we will send you the steps to follow. The maximum time to make the product change is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this date, it will not be possible to make any changes.

 

3.- The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received with the original packaging and label and in good condition.
